Biggest disco festival refund and cancellation policy
Refunds are available if your event is cancelled.
Please note if due to Covid – 19 pandemic this event maybe be rescheduled to a new date. All current tickets will be valid. If new date doesn’t suit you will be able to resale your tickets on the platform created for this matter.
Please note: before buying tickets it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead, take a look at our purchase policy for more information.
Your tickets are fully refundable for three days after you purchase them. After 1st of March 2020 all tickets are not refundable.
If your ticket is not eligible for a refund, you can always try to list your tickets for resale.
How to request a Refund
Submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Don’t forget to attach copy of your ticket.
If you are eligible for a refund we will process it within 24 hrs of submission.
Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days
If you ordered your tickets and event is cancelled, no additional action is needed and you won't need to reach out to us.
You will be notified that the event is cancelled
Your refund is automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase
Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days after we announce the event has been cancelled.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
You will be contacted via email with the new event information as soon as we are updated
Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date
If you are unable to make the new event date and refunds have been approved, you be eligible for full refund. All you have to do is submit your request to email@example.com

Time for refunds have past
